Welcome to the Career Choice Support Site: Your Career, Your Way

Step 1: Jump Start

This is your time! Transitions can be the springboard into fresh and better-fitting opportunities that position your skills and align your talents with robust career opportunities that interest you. It’s the perfect time to refocus, assess your priorities, and begin a fresh chapter in your professional career. We’ll help you get started!

What to Expect

Our Jump Start is the first step in your career planning strategy. It consists of your first 50 minute telephone consultation with a certified transition coach. This important conversation is the foundation to better understanding your unique situation and goals. We’ll also identify your most pressing issues and potential obstacles that may hinder your progress in setting and sustaining a plan of action over the next few weeks.

More importantly, we begin the exciting process of helping you identify your skills and talents used in reshaping your opportunities. We will also review any questions you may have about the program, what you can expect, scheduling, website access, tools, materials, resources or any other career related questions.

Remember, you have 45, 60 or 90 days to complete the program. During this time, we believe your confidence will increase and your habits for performing career activities will be enhanced.

Take Action

  • Schedule your first consultative session if you haven’t already made arrangements with your career coach. Remember to mark your own calendar with the date, time, and the coach’s contact information. (Note: If you need to reschedule, please notify your coach at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.)
  • Once you have connected with your coach, send your current resume via email for initial reviewing.
  • Prepare a list of questions you have for your coach. We have prepared a guide of commonly asked questions found under the "FAQ" tab.
  • If you have not received an email or phone call, please contact us at info@CareerChoice.us
